Timothy J. Reaggle, 21, of Wellsville, has been indicted on two first-degree felony counts of felonious assault, a third-degree felony escape charge, and a fourth-degree felony inducing panic charge. Reaggle was also charged with resisting arrest, a first-degree misdemeanor.
